This was the first time I had taken my cars there for servicing. I'm really pleased with the level of service they gave. They were really helpful and transparent with what was to be done to my cars including the cost, putting me at ease and this enables me to build a trusting relationship. A happy and content customer!

My Hyundai Kona was making an awful noise from the front driver’s breaks, I contacted Motorvogue Hyundai but they were not very helpful wouldn't even look at my car, I was told they are fully booked to the middle of December. Even though I felt it was urgent.
I contacted Kingsley Garage, who I had dealt with with my previous Hyundai’s, I used Motorvogue because they serviced my car and it’s where I bought my Hyundai from. So obviously I went to them for help!! No help what so ever!!
James at Kingsley was so helpful when I contacted them, he said they could take a look at it the next day, I dropped it off today for tomorrow, within a couple of hours James rang me back a said they had made a early start on my car just incase they needed to order parts.
The problem was sorted it was a stone that had got stuck on the break disk. Problem solved, car fixed. Absolutely fantastic.
I will now go back to Kingsley because I feel they are willing to help you know matter what. Small business but they look after there customers. Thank you James and the mechanics at Kingsley Garage.
